In 2021 I switched my group practice from Simple Practice to Healthie, and did a deeeeeppp dive into how Healthie works. I spent 6-10 hours a day (for nearly 2 weeks) migrating data, learning the platform, and creating training videos for my staff. It was a lot.

And I don’t regret it in the least.

Since Feb 2021, I have been using Healthie in my group private practice, and at another PT job. I have learned so many of the functions that make it a basically all-in-one service.

DYK: Healthie has integrated video (even for groups!), faxing, course creation, CMS-1500 billing, payment processing, secure messaging with clients, food journaling, metric graphing (weights, blood sugar, etc), workflow automations, and so much more?

Disclaimer: When I started this service (in 2023) I was simply a happy user of Healthie (and still am!). I since worked for Healthie from Dec 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 as a product marketing manager, learning (and teaching) a lot more of how to use the platform. I suggest reaching out to them for help first and seeing all the awesome help they have to offer from webinar classes to help documents.

That being said, I know that private practices don’t get much 1:1 help, so this is an unaffiliated service from one Dietitian to another [clinician].
