Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why should I invest in your services?
A: It takes time to create new health habits!
Even if you got “all of your questions answered” in a single session (not likely), you need the support, accountability, and further education to help you develop new habits and to see you through difficult scenarios.
With Treatment Consulting I can supply precious, life-saving, time by speeding up the process of finding and admitting to the best program (or providers) for your needs. You don’t have to waste time researching programs, wondering what questions to ask, or if you are making the right decision – I can do the leg work for you so you can focus on recovery.
Q: Do I have to have a diagnosed eating disorder to work with you?
A: No, you do not have to have a diagnosed eating disorder to work with me; but all my work comes from a non-diet, eating disorder informed approach.
Q: What are typical results of Therapeutic consulting?
A: Results are individual and will vary. I cannot (and honestly nobody can) promise full recovery/results, but will try my hardest!
We are not responsible for what other providers/programs do.
That being said, I have a great success rate with client satisfaction in placement for appropriate treatment.
Q: What happens if I have technical issues during a session?
A: In case of technical difficulties on our end, you will not be charged for the session. Technical difficulty on your end- you are still billed for the session. Please have a reliable internet connection and up-to-date computer program. You may use your phone for video sessions, but a computer is recommended for battery and overheating issues.
Keep your phone nearby in case of issues.
Please show up on time for your session (we encourage you to log in a few minutes early and sit in the virtual waiting room). If you are more than 15 minutes late we assume you are not coming.
Q: How do I access the course content?
A: See the courses/membership we have available HERE.
You can access courses anywhere you get internet (computer, phone, tablet). Please contact Libby with any technical issues.
