Make A Website Like This One Super Easily (for only $99)

No Hassle Website

OMG, this website shell seriously is easy (I have the 2.0 version)! No Hassle offers $99 website shells in WordPress, AND they train you to do everything yourself! I pay $12 a month to have them host my 3 websites, and have tech support as a part of this. For me, NHWs are a no-brainer.

Master Your Money

Chase Sapphire Credit Card

I switched to the Chase Sapphire Rewards credit card about a year ago, and the points are rediculous! Cash back, travel rewards, and so much more. It’s way better than the other (many) CC’s ‘ve tried.

Novo Business Checking Account

2023 I decided to clean up my finances – including my business finances. After reading “I will teach you to be rich” (a great book), I switched from Wells Fargo to Novo online banking. Novo makes it super easy to set different reserves that will automatically allocate percentages or $ amounts to each section (a’la “Profit First”), so I can seperate my operating, taxes, profit, etc., automatically.

Favorite Courses and Mastermind Groups

Muscle Music - Nervous System and the Arts Certification

Ruby Rose Fox is a fierce singer/songwriter who loves learning and teaching about the nervous system, especially as it relates to live performers and artists.

Her certification “The Fox Method” teaches non-therapists how to help students master their nervous system and shift states especially for the stage.

I LOVED this course. She nerds out on the science and psychology of the nervous system and Polyvagal theory, and gives real-life tools to move “up the ladder” of our nervous system. Highly recommend.

Sign-up for her next cohort HERE, and please use my name “Libby Parker” as your referrer.

Carrie Green (female entrepreneuer association)

The Female Entrepreneur Association was a game-changer for starting my business. From mindset to copywriting to graphic design without design training, Carrie made THE ideal business starter membership for any kind of business you have.

Adrien Paczosa (RD business)

Adrien (who sold her company to become what is now “Nourish” the BIG RD brand) is a friend of mine and I took her courses and mastermind as a newer private practice owner. Must – do’s:

Decoding Insurance HIPAA and billing

Fearless Practitioners Boss Club

Software

Healthie EHR (my current favorite Client Electronic Health Record system)

Healthie is my business BFF. Seriously, it makes running my private/group practice so seamless. There are integrations for everything you need, from billing and insurance, scheduling, chart notes, integrated free FAXING (!!!), messaging clients, ordering labs, running programs with modules, syncing with clear step scales, and much more.

In addition to private practice, I work for a group practice that also uses Healthie, and the manager thinks is funny how much I love Healthie. I’ve become their Healthie tech support – LOL.

I freakin’ love this EHR. Please use my LINK to try it free for 14 days.

Simple Practice EHR (best for insurance billing)

So many Dietitians and Therapists LOVE Simple Practice because it is, as my first employee said, “simple!” A no-frills EHR that makes billing insurance as easy as it can be – yup! So easy.

Please use my LINK for a free 30-day trial.

Artful Agenda - online calendar syncing ALL your calendars

I have always had multiple jobs/calendars – AND, never all just Google calendars, some are Office, ical, and my Healthie appointments.

Artful Agenda is a browser and phone app (apple and android) that syncs all of your digital calendars into one place where you can see everything on one daily/weekly/monthly spread and edit from there!

Additional perks are:

-Daily/weekly/monthly to-do’s with check boxes, and they can “roll over” to the next day if you don’t complete them

-Lists (I use them to keep track of my packing lists, ideas, and books to read. Others have used it as a journal)

-Stickers and covers – make it pretty!

Pic Monkey (graphics)

PicMonkey was the first graphic design software I learned (easy to use!), and is still what I use for my social media graphics and honestly most of my Graphic needs.

I find the pro version to be very worth it.

Canva (graphics)

I’m sure you’ve heard of Canva if you are in business or a gen-Z. This graphic design platform is fantastic for all kinds of graphics, including PDFs and presentations.

Recovery Record App (for ED clients)

A simple App for clients to log their food through words or photos – WITHOUT CALORIES/ANY NUMBERS. Recovery Record is free for clients, and free for clinicians for the first few clients they link with. (I believe UHC insurance clients are always free). This is an easy way to keep up with your client’s intake, body dissatisfaction, and you can message the client or whole team in-app.

So useful.

Doxy.me (HIPAA compliant free video)

A free telehealth solution if your EHR doesn’t have integrated HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. I used Doxy.me for years. It’s easy, and your clients don’t have to download anything (unlike zoom).

Book Publishing

Paper Raven Books

Paper Raven Books is the editing/publishing company I worked with to finish and publish Permission To Eat. They are a small hybrid publishing company that really cares about its writers. For help with your own publishing needs check them out! Here is a LINK for a webinar replay on writing your bestseller – you can get an idea of what they are like.

Other Fun Stuff

Wine Spies - Discounted high-quality wine

IYKMKY I love wine. In college I worked at a vineyard, and throughout my 20’s /early 30’s I lived in “wine country” in CA. So I don’t drink sh*tty wine.

Wine Spies is a cool program where you can buy quality wine at a lower price, and they will hold and ship to you once you’ve built a case of your favorites.

Use my LINK for $20 off your first purchase!
